Open Day 2020

We had planned to open on the 18th April 2020 but the Covid 19 virus put a stop to that. I have attached photographs of what the grounds and the club looked like. When you look at the pictures of the green,

We made the opening of the club on the 30th May 2020. It was not bowls as we now it but we are open and playing bowls again. The members who turned up kept social distancing. The mats were replaced by a chalk outline. No measuring sticks, pushers, scoreboards. You had to turn up ready to play and we have made the club games casual dress.
